Philantrophy Canine Cat Alliance (P.C.C.A.) Philantrophy was founded by Master Fireborn, it is a well known alliance which runs operations in an abandoned prison fortress near the humans. Philantrophy is a well trained combat army who is prepared to help the cats when needed. They resemble the UN in many ways, attempting to resolve conflicts with peace, rather than action. Living conditions are prosperous, and Mayor of Cape Hope has supplies (Food) shipped every two weeks to ensure the dogs are well fed as long as they stay away from humans. With the fall of their leader, Tinuke chose Jerome to assume command of the alliance until his return.
The Brotherhood of Dire The Brotherhood of the Dire was founded by Master Thunderhawk, and opposes Philantrophy in all it's ways. He recently launched a large scale attack on the fortress, and their leader, Master Fireborn was killed in the initial attack. He poses a threat to the clans, and all who stand in his way.
