Ok, so Sua says she won't be able to come on here anymore, but I really feel like we need Russettail to stay alive on the site. Would someone be willing to adopt him?
I guess we could have the rest of her characters get killed, which would open up Riverclan's deputy and Windclan's leader...
Also, I think we should roleplay the attacks in which they get killed. In fact, it may be interesting to have the Four and/or Lostclan attack Windclan while Eclipsedstar and Willowleaf are there. This also means that I will be giving up Kyri as one of my Lostclan cats and will be making another healer to replace her, since we really need one.

I don't have room to adopt Russettail really... though I agree with you. He's to important to the plot to simply kill off.
If Jaystar dies, wouldn't that mean that Sunstorm would become leader though? That will be a very sad thing to write... but if he officially dies in the story(since he's to important to simply have pretended he never existed) that would mean that Sunstorm would rise to be leader and that would leave the deputy rank open...
I never thought that Sunstorm would actually have to lead WindClan... part of me doesn't want her to be(since I've set her into that role... and since Jaystar was her mate...) But it just doesn't feel right to simply make up a new leader. And yes, I think we should write their deaths. It would be an interesting twist if Coal was actually the one to take Jaystar's final life, but, he doesn't have to be the one to do it.
Man this sucks. Everything was much simpler before Aspen went rogue and made us move.

I was actually going to ask you if you would make Sunstorm the leader. I also feel that her and Pantherfang can become close since they both lose their mates. I think we should just have Drowningspirit, Ghostflight, and the four return to attack the Windclan camp. I'm either going to have Phoenixpaw get sent for help to Thunderclan, where she can run into Inkpaw, or Riverclan where she can run into Rockpaw. However, I feel like it would be easier to do Shadowclan or Riverclan since those are the two clans that border Windclan.
That way, she can get her lives from Starclan and whatnot. I'm going to have Kyri just escape with Rue and they'll be gone from the story so that will free me up for a new Lostclan she-cat.
I'm also going to make an apprentice in one of the clans, I'm thinking Riverclan since I only have one cat in that clan.
We'll just have to stick this out. Things will get better when Wicked can be on more often and we get some new people coming on. As long as we stay active, people will be more likely to join.
I'm also really debating whether or not I want to keep Moontears. I already have two Windclan cats and I'm just not getting too into his character. I mainly created him for the interactions that he now won't have with Rippletail and Hazeleaf too. Would you be upset if I got rid of him?

I would rather have Sunstorm just recieve her lives from StarClan.
But... I would be upset if you got rid of Moontears. Whitepaw doesn't have enough experience to become a medicine cat, and who knows when someone else will come around. Unless we can just pretend that Kyri taught Whitepaw what she needs to know... What way would you rather do it? If you aren't comfortable having Moontears, you can drop him,a nd I can just wait for someone else to make a medicine cat or bump up Whitepaw's knowledge a bit.
And, yeah, have her go for RiverClan. That would be a great opportunity for her to meet Rockpaw. teehee.

I'll hang onto him for now. As it is, I just feel as though he and Firetail are my weakest characters, and I don't want to create more and have too many on here. I'll just work on developing his character more. I need to make him more quirky in some ways or something.
And I meant for Sunstorm to recieve her lives from Starclan. I think it would be interesting to have her meet them.

I'm already thinking of how to write that... I've got to pick out nine cats to give her her lives. So far I've got Jaystar, Cloudrain, and Foxpaw... and possibly making up her old mentor.

If you want, I could take care of Russettail... but I know nothing about him right now, so my RPs might be a little shaky with him. But since I only have 2 other cats, and I can't work with Emberfoot right now, I'd be happy to take up duties that Russettail has, at least for right now.

That would be great if you did! Magic knows Russettail better than I do though- she'll probably be able to help you with him better than I can.
But you can still start playing Emberfoot. She just won't be made deputy until after Sunstorm's leader ceremony.

Russettail was born in Windclan and went on the great journey to the new forest (Have you read the second series of warriors?)
He was Russetpaw then, and developed a strong bond with a Thunderclan shecat named Magicpaw. Once they cane to the new forest, however, they went back to their respective clans. Once the attacks with the Four started, the clans started interacting more, and Russettail fell in love with Magicheart again. They kept their relationship a secret for a long time, until Magicheart found out she was carrying kits. She had her three kits on the border, Phoenixpaw, Inkpaw, and Wildpaw. Since we lost Wildpaw's roleplayer, I guess we just assume her to be dead. Phoenixpaw and Inkpaw are both chosen cats for the journey. Phoenixpaw kept feeling a pull towards Windclan though, and dreamt about Russettail, even though she never really met him. On the day of her apprentice ceremony, Magicheart took her to Windclan to live with her father where she now resides.
Russettail is also best friends with Pantherfang. The two always faught together and were called "Shadowfire" by the clan because of Pantherfang's black pelt and alter alias as "The Shadow" and Russettail's bright red pelt. Right before you joined, both Pantherfang's daughter and Russettail's (Phoenixpaw) were captured by Lostclan. Pantherfang's daughter, and Phoenixpaw's friend, Sparrowpaw, was killed, but Phoenixpaw was rescued. Sparrowpaw was on of the chosen eight as well. That's where we've left off with him, I would love for you to take him. He's a very strong and diplomatic cat. He always keeps his cool and never really loses his temper. He's a great father and friend.

okay, thanks for the info. Are there any threads that he's in right now, or threads that he SHOULD be in?
Also, once I do start to roleplay him, just tell me if I do something unlike him; I'll do my best to correct it!

Aw, thanks Ember. Don't worry about it. He's in the Windclan thread right now with his daughter, Phoenixpaw. You can start playing him there. Also, Lostclan is about to attack Windclan, so it'll be good to have him there for the fight!
