Not since August. But everything's accurate except the ThunderClan deputy- that role is taken.
Should be up-to-date now, I just fixed it.

I think I'll take a few NPCs. What's the point of making a new cat if their is already a vast list to choose from?

Anyone is welcome to make a profile for a high position cat if the slot is open. And, that's what the NPC's are for! If someone active could take Russettail, that would be amazing. He's a Windclan tom that is the father of Inkpaw and Phoenixpaw and mate to Magicheart in Thunderclan. He is also Pantherfang's best friend.
