Orangeleaf felt very honored to be ShadowClan's new deputy. She closed her eyes and thought about Clan life as deputy. Her alter ego pursed into her thoughts, "Your thirst for power will be quenched."
She flicked her tail, "I'm not thirsty for power, just loyalty." She watched the Clan buzz around her and willed someone to come keep her company. All the patrols were sent out and she had nothing to do, let alone anyone to take her mind off of things.
She sat down with a huff and whispered, "I am the game and I make the rules."

Eclipsedstar waved his tail to conclude the meeting after everyone had cheered for Orangeleaf. He landed with a large thud beside her, the dusty earth below him billowing out around him. "Are you ready?" he asked her, wondering if she felt prepared for her duties. "You can organize patrols evening patrols if you'd like, though everyone is likely to be exaughsted from rebuilding the camp all day." he meowed. He glanced at his new deputy. "I'm glad to have you beside me. No matter what happens, we have to keep our courage and have faith in the clan. We can't let Lostclan destroy our spirit." He meowed, glancing at his clanmates. His gaze rested on Blackheart, and he felt his spirits rise.

Never tell me that your happy im next to you.." she mumbeled. She then looked up at the leader and saw his eyes on her. She gave a smile and then just to make sure that her deputy wasnt going to do anything stupid with her mate, she trotted up to her leader in a flirtatious way and asked sweetly, "Eclipsedstar, can we go take a walk please? I dont feel so safe with out you coming along.." She then slowly batt her eyelashes at her leader and let her fluffy tail go from side to side. Her green eyes sparkled and a soft smile ran across her face. She gave a light purr and didnt take her eyes off her leader.
She then looked at he deputy and mewed, "I hope taking him from you wont be a problem..." She then looked at her leader and gave a blink and stayed where she was.

Orangeleaf dipped her head to her leader and the she-cat. She backed away slowly and looked behind her, making sure that she wasn't in any cat's way. Her spirits dropped and she whispered, "I must walk the path of loyalty alone." A drop of water hit the dust infront of her face. She jumped slightly, was that a tear?! Impossible, cats don't cry. She looked up and quickly set off the droplet as a stray raindrop.

Eclipsedstar dipped his head to Orangeleaf. "You can manage the patrols while I am gone?" he asked his new deputy. "I'm sure you'll do just fine. You can send someone after me if you need anything." he meowed. He was thinking of how he should check in with Trueeyes to see what he had dreamt about, but Blackheart made him forget about everything. "Where would you like to go?" he asked her.

Blackheart turned around and let her tail run under his chin and mewed, "Just follow me darling.."

(Were we thinking of making her have both Jag's and his kits in the same litter since females can get pregnant from two toms? Or just have Eclipsedstar's kits? Feel free to make a new thread)

Trueeyes looked around the clearing and sighed. Someone had to want to go out! Everyone seemed too busy repairing the camp to have heard him. Trueeyes flattened his ears and turned towards the camp exit, hoping that maybe someone would see him, or that he would run into some of his clanmates that were out hunting or on a border patrol.

Twitchfoot saw Trueeyes starting to leave the camp. Twitchfoot wondered if he should go out. Twitchfoot was more of a silent type, and dident talk much. But when he did, he had a supprizing voice. He got up and stretched his muscles. He walked to the camp exit.
" Do you mind if I come with you ?" He said in his deep voice.

Trueeyes blinked in appreciation. "Not at all." he meowed. "Everyone is so busy fixing the camp, I'm sure it would be helpful if we went hunting and stocked up the fresh-kill pile." he meowed. "Where shall we hunt?" he asked.
