Emberpaw huddled closer to the wall. She knew that Radge would never hurt her, but it didn't meant he wouldn't try and fight her. She was prepared to cry if he was truly angry when he finally found her, it usually made him forget his anger and made him feel bad, which made her feel bad but it was better than the tension the anger caused.

"First... I will give you a bath." Radge said, doing his best to mask his laughter. He didn't want to frighten her after all.

Emberpaw relaxed and moved quietly towards the center of the room. She shook her head at Radge's words. She knew that, judging by his voice, Radge was close to finding her. He always was the better tracker she thought to herself.

"Then I'm going to make you eat the vole I caught.." He said, noticing the crack. "And then I'm putting you to bed!" He said, springing in the narrow entrance.

Emberpaw listened as Radge got closer. She prayed that he would pass by, but swore silently when he jumped in. "Oh really, is that what you're going to make me do?" she mewed. "I'd like to see you try and make me" she said, she liked pushing him at times, it usually caused interesting results.

"Yes, now for that path." Radge said, getting closer to her. He had his tongue sticking out and looked ridiculous with the unsuccessful straight face he was attempting to keep.

Emberpaw slowly backed away from Radge. She was holding back a laugh becaue of his ridiculous looking face.

Radge leaped for her, not aiming to get on top of her. He was feeling playful and full of energy, which was surprising considering they'd had a busy day.

Emberpaw jumped back. She crouched and flicked her tail playfully. She was prepared to pounce if he got to close.

Radge leaped at her again, this time trying to nip lightly with his lips around her ear.

Emberpaw dodged Radge and lept at him. She was aiming to land on his back.

"Oof!" Radge's paws gave way and he ended up on the ground. "I didn't say you could go to sleep on me!" He protested.

"But I want to" she mewed. She shifted a little before lowering her head to Radge's back. She closed her eyes and feigned sleep.

"Emberpaw!" He groaned, trying to shift out from underneath her. Then he employed another tactic. "Can't... breathe..." He gasped, throwing in a high pitched cry for good measure. He was joking, but was fairly sure he could trick her.

Emberpaw was unsure if Radge was joking or not so she rolled off back onto the barn floor. "Are you alright?" she asked.
