Abyss swiped a confident paw over her ear as she padded to join her siblings. She knew her affection for Midnight annoyed Illusion, but she couldn't have cared less about it.
"What is it, Illusion?" she piped in her siren voice, though its luring beauty always had a menacing edge behind it.

Illusion rolled his eyes and pawed the mouse towards her. "Meeting, we gotta talk," he said, sitting down and curling his tail over his paws, leaning down to take a quick bite out of his own mouse. Obsidian flicked her tail in greeting at her sister's approach while Cyclone meowed a hello then turned to look up at the starry sky. He looked bored, and slightly annoyed.

"If this is about Midnight, go chase your own tail about it. He's mine, and it's none of your business. You can't be the center of everyone's universe, Illusion," she spat, and took up the mouse, going to sit beside Obsidian. She tore a viscious bite out of it, a glimmer of hostility remaining in her dark blue eyes.

Illusion rolled his eyes at her. She wasn't the center of the universe either. "That and other things," he hissed quietly at her. His eyes glinted with a warning. if it came to it he'd take care of the problem himself before it became to endangering. Then he raised his voice so all his siblings could hear him. His growling kit was would have seemed so inmnocent, playful even, if it weren't for the malignant glare in his soft glittering eyes. "We're here to discuss our stay in Lostclan. And when it will be over," he glared at Abyss before she could object. "We need to move on soon. Already we're getting too attatched to this clan. Our mother has turned her face towards another she finds affection from over us, and we're starting to as well." He once again looked at his sister, fur beginning to bristle slightly. "We cna never stay in one place for too long, and this so called clan offers us nothing. They cannot teach masters moves they alreayd know, They cannot teach a well trained fighter how to fight. They cannot feed us when we can hunt for ourselves, and they will not shelter us and sheild our talents for reserve when we would rather face battle and fight together with tooth and claw. Already they think they have a hold over us, but age does not matter. This clan is nothing to us. If females aren't permitted to fight and males permitted to medicine," he in turn looked at Obsidian and Abyss, then his medicine knowledged brother, Cyclone. "Then this clan is wrong, and backwards. Maybe we will make our own band of fighters, rogues and strays. An army of unbeatable cats. We won't rule the forest, but we'll rule all cats, kittypets, strays, rogues, and the clans alike." he bared his tiny, sharp teeth is a malicious grin. "And whoever stands in our way can just try and stop us." Then, in case Abyss chose to object, he added, "as much as the thought pesters me, you cna allow that cat you seem to have grown so attatched to to join us as our first member. And i'm sure if he goes against us you won't stand in our way of destroying him." Cyclone nodded, teeth glinting, but Obsidian hesistated, her dark, drowning eyes glittering with concern. "If we kill every cat that challenges us, who will there be left to fight?" Illusion paused thoughtfully, then nodded. "We won't kill everyone, just the lousier fighters, not worth the fun. The rest, can stick around a while." Then he drew his claw across his throat. "Until we decide it's time for them to end."

"Midnight is very hard to read. There are many conflicting emotions within him. One part of him feels he belongs here in LostClan, and another part hates it... He may join us, depending on how I manipulate him..." she mused to herself, silently hoping that Midnight would join them if they were to go rogue. (Might be an interesting idea... I think I may have Midnight go against LostClan in protest of Jag's plan, though still not quite knowing exactly why he fears it so much...)

(lolz nice. also during the writing of that mass of words I'd created previously I dicovered one thing: Illusion talks to much lmao xD) Illusion nodded, his pelt prickling with inner hatred towards the Lostclan boyguard. he didn't like the tom, especially because of his affections towards his sister, and more than that, his strange emotions and the look he seemed to have on his face, like he was inside himself arguing with someone else. The tom bothered him, and he knew he'd have to do something about him sooner or later. He hoped later, much later, only for the sake of Abyss and the possibility she might become detatched from the young cat.

Abyss felt the hostility fade away now that Illusion seemed to have placated her. She swallowed another mouthful of the dead rodent at her paws before continuing.
"Now that that is settled... what do we do about that?" she flicked her tail at Coal, who was stalking out of Jag's den, slipping off, clearly to find Twilightshade. "Shall we make an end of him? Or simply leave our mother to have him when we move on?" Abyss pondered. "If we do try to kill him, it may be difficult. He has the cunning and bite of a mongoose. He would be quite irritating to fight," she meowed, going over their options. She knew of the respect Midnight had for Coal, but it fell quite short when he saw the lithe black warrior sharing tongues with her mother. With a flick of irritation, she realized that this could be how Illusion felt of her feelings towards Midnight. Her tail flicked again, dismissing it just as quickly. She was not like her mother, who would fawn over any tom who said a kind word if it meant getting away from her nasty children.

Bear stiffly eased his way out of the den. There was no sleeping to be had around here. He stood up tall once he had fully exited, trying to keep some of his pride. He looked to the center of camp to see if there would be any fresh kill there....but who was he fooling? All the cats in Lostclan hunted for themselves. He padded out of camp, his teeth gnashed together as he tried to supress the pain of his wounds.

Twilightshade looked up and with a purr of delight went to Coal, her paws nearly tripping over each other in their excitement. "Hi" she meowed, still purring. She paused, still a bit hesitant, then pressed her cheek to his in greeting. Being near another tom was still new for her; it'd been so long since she'd had any companionship in her life. Her kits kept her too busy for that.

Coal felt the purr of satisfaction rise in his throat, and ran his chin gently over Twilightshade's ear. "Thou art always beautiful, my maiden of the shadows," he spoke in a melodic voice, using an old dialect that often impressed she-cats.
Midnight watched from his pitch black den, and rolled his eyes. "He always seeks to impress she-cats with his words and wit. I would rather win a heart with actions," he meowed to himself, turning his gold gaze onto AByss, who still sat, huddled with her siblings, mewing whispers into the dark.

Bear plodded back into camp, prey blood on his chest fur. "Some news you may find interesting, Jag!" he roared across the camp. "Not only have Kyri and Rue abandoned us, but the scent of the black and white she-cat, Blackheart was with them, as well as two riverclan cats!" he said with a malicious grin. He had always hated his leader's stupid infatuation with the impure black and white she-cat.
(I'm going to create Kyri's sister as an herb-gatherer for the clan when I get the chance. There is no point in keeping her now that Rue is gone)

Drowiningspirit padded into the Lostclan camp with a determined and confident expression on his face, though internally, he was uncomfortable here. "We're going on a raid. Who's coming?" he asked.
Bear glanced up at the pale tom and smirked. "Where to, White Warrior? We won't have a chance of sneaking anywhere with your pelt." he meowed in an edgy tone.

Ghostflight sauntered in after Drowningspirit, head and tail held high. She snorted at Bear's comment.
"The same could be said for you. I doubt you could sneak past the deafest rabbit with those lumbering, clumsy paws of yours," she sneered.
"In any case, an attack on WindClan won't require much sneaking anyways," she quickly went on before Bear could retaliate.
Coal rolled his eyes. "Very well. May I ask why you suddenly decided to do this?" Coal looked annoyed.
"We've received word that The leader and medicine cat of ShadowClan have arrived in WindClan's camp. Two birds with one stone," Ghostflight answered, grinding her forepaw into the ground for effect. There was a dangerous gleam in her eyes, and it sent wary thoughts through Coal's mind.

Bear snorted at her comment, but was eager at the aspect of a fight. When he stood up, however, he let out a snarl of agony at his still smarting wounds. "Just give the signal, Coal." he growled. "I'll get revenge or die trying!"

Coal nodded. "Midnight!" he called, his voice clear and loud. At once, the smaller black tom padded from his den, a hungry red glow in his gold eyes.
"I heard. Am I to come with you?" He meowed.
"Yes," Coal nodded approval. Midnight smiled to himself. Another crack at WindClan sounded appealing. He again ignored the pleas of protest from his subconcious. They were annoying, but it hadn't taken much practce to shut them out.
"Now that we'll all in agreement, let's go," Ghostflight meowed. Coal padded up to join her, and lead the way from camp. Ghostflight gave an annoyed twitch of her tail. Drowningspirit should be leading this raid, not you, she snarled to herself.
