Name: Whitepaw (Whiterose) ((Known as Fade while in Lostclan))
Age: 9 moons
Alliance: WindClan (Formerly LostClan)
Rank: Medicine cat apprentice
Gender: Female
Picture:
Appearance: Ever since joining WindClan, Whitepaw has shown considerable improvement in her appearance. She’s no longer bone thin, and shows more confidence in her gait. She has well-groomed, medium length white fur, which shines wonderfully in the sunlight, and glows pleasantly in moonlight. Her paws are small and delicate, but extremely gentle, the perfect paws of a medicine cat. Her eyes are dark blue and show the wisdom StarClan has granted her, and reflect stars when at the Moonpool.
Personality: She is shy and meek, quite unlike her brother Midnight. Gentility and modesty have pushed her towards the role of medicine cat, the fact that she arrived with some small knowledge of herbs being extra. She is kind to all, but slightly unsure she would be allowed to live happily in WindClan, because of her currently unknown LostClan heritage. At certain instances, her innate wisdom almost seems to take her over, and her eyes will change, becoming less youthful, and her voice will deepen. She is yet unaware of this trait, and others seem not to notice it.
History: She was born into LostClan by Ravenclaw, and for a time her life was in danger, for her pelt was crystal white. It was soon devised that her pelt color would be made to look black, via the black 'blood' from a plant found around camp. It was a sticky, vile substance that made Whitepaw feel hot and filthy, but it did the job of saving her life. It was quickly devised that she would be taken away to live with WindClan, for the father, Snowfang had lived in that clan, although no one knows he is dead yet.
She has recently had to take up the mantle of medicine cat with the death of her mentor, Ripplewhisker, despite her lack of experience. She had Willowleaf's help treating the heavily wounded WindClan cats after LostClan's assault. Fortunately she arrived after LostClan had left, so she and Midnight did not have a chance to meet.
Her prayers were answered when Tears that Fall From the Moon arrived from the mountains, having been guided by both the Tribe of Endless Hunting as well as StarClan. After giving him the name Moontears, he became her mentor, and now they are teaching each other. But the joy was sadly cut short when LostClan yet again attacked WindClan. Whitepaw, after sounding the alarm, found herself face to face with her brother. He was a haunted shell of his former self, and she barely recognized him. He was bigger and stronger, but his eyes had changed more than anything else. They were filled with bloodlust, and also emptiness. He merely shoved her aside and went on to attack Sunstorm. Whitepaw wonders if it was because he still had some goodness left in him that he didn't even try to fight her, or that she was possibly not worth the effort. She didn't have time to dwell on that, because Sunstorm was injured again and Jaystar mortally wounded by Coal. With Sunstorm in emotional turmoil, Whitepaw has had little time to dwell on anything except the impending leader ceremony. Her biggest fear is that Sunstorm will either not be fit to make the journey, or worse, not want to.
