“The past is a ghost, the future a dream, and all we ever have is now.”
Name: Ghostflight
Age: 20 moons
Alliance: Thunderclan(Well... not really... xD)
Rank: Warrior
Gender: Female
Picture:
Appearance: She is lithe and lean but toned, built for endurance and speed rather than strength. Her coat is mostly a sleek black, but she has a soft white snow color on her paws, chest, and stomach, as well as a small splash of it on her lips. Her eyes are a pale gold that seem to hide what their owner is truly feeling.
Personality: She is a seemingly charismatic and optimistic feline, always greeting with a smile, and charming her clan mates with cheery perkiness. But this is a mere ruse to hide what she is, and what she is thinking. Truthfully, she is quite ambitious, and a little prejudiced towards kittypets, feeling that they are weak and lazy, miserable creatures who wait hand and foot for their Twoleg masters. She has a more, 'look out for number one' type attitude, but does not dare show this slightly bitter and anti-social side of her, especially in front of her clan mates. She is prepared to make dealings with Lostclan to become a leader, and knows that Lostclan is where her brother, Coal, is.
History: Her history starts of very similar to Coal's, but branches off when Velvet is forced to abandon the smaller, and weaker female in order to ensure that one of her kits survived. And so Ghost was subjected to one of the cruelest factors of nature. But fate would smile upon her, for she was soon discovered on a Thunderclan patrol and saved, for their had been a mother in the clan who had had a pair of still born kits, and still had milk. And so Ghost, now Ghostkit, had been raised to be a warrior.
However, she was somewhat resentful towards her mother for abandoning her, and her brother for being chosen over her. This resentment had subsided some, in light of this warrior's ambitions... she was quite willing to reconcile with dear Coal to get what she wanted... power. But seeing him now, gaining favor in his Clan and sneering at those weaker and less fortunate, hearing him use his clever tongue to manipulate his Clanmates, it disgusted her how little he appreciated what he had. And so, she still hates her brother, even now.
As of this moment, she has succeeded in doing something the dark cats of the forest never thought possible. She raided ThunderClan camp, and with the help of Drowningspirit, stole kits, kits that held the lineage of Tigerstar. Now, with this leverage against both ThunderClan and LostClan, she and Drowningspirit hope to show Jag who is in charge.
Roleplay Example: Ghostflight walked into the entrance of the camp, a vole between her teeth, black tail curling behind her in a fluid motion. She walked with the grace that was expected of a she-cat, and her movement was almost surreal, as if she were a figment of the imagination. That's where she had earned her name. For she was so graceful and swift, she seemed like a phantom.
A kit bounced up to her. "Hello, little one," she said sweetly, after tossing the fresh-kill into the pile. She brushed her black tail against the kit's flank. Ghostflight's eyes met with the kit's, and she knew instantly that the kit was fooled by her sweet appearance. But she sensed that someone wasn't. She looked past the kit, and noticed a fellow warrior who had also caught her gaze. "She's smiling, but her eye's aren't," the tom's thought echoed in her head. She'd have to remedy that later... and she retired to the warrior's den, listing the possible and inconspicuous ways a young strong tom could disappear with no trace.
Power: Depending on how strong minded a cat is, she can either read general feeling at her worst, and some thoughts at her best. Meaning, if someone strong willed, such as, lets say Pantherfang, for example, she'd only be able to read his general feeling and emotion at the time. However, someone like a kit or an apprentice, she'd be able to tell what they are thinking.
